Farms to Fishes: Understanding Watershed Health through Food and Community
Farms to Fishes was a collaborative environmental education project of the Wild Farm Alliance over the course of the 2010/2011 school year made possible through a grant from NOAA's B-WET Program. Through classroom sessions and field trips that focus on agriculture, natural areas, and the impact of human activities on ocean health, students examined the connections between food grown on the land and the fish we eat, learning first-hand why it matters to protect watersheds and conserve marine resources.
