Join fellow farmers and agricultural professionals for a FREE, hands-on field day exploring the latest tools and research on using conservation practices to build soil health, strengthen pest control, improve water quality, and build climate resilience across western farms.
Moon Family Farm uses dryland cropping and 100% no-till practices to grow an annual grain crop without irrigation, conserving moisture naturally while protecting soil health. Their approach produces high-quality, nutrient-dense grain with minimal inputs. Guided by a low-impact, regenerative philosophy, they restore native ecosystems, support research and biodiversity, and produce food with care for both land and community. The event is first in a series of four field days, each held in a different state and tailored to the farming practices and challenges of that region.
